The guy who came out was very personable and funny and happy to explain my system and maintenance. We needed a new lid, and they brought it and put it on the next day. Fast, friendly, and I paid the exact amount they quoted (plus tax, of course).

They are also one of the few septic services that Thurston County has approved, so that was a relief. That, and how fast they responded to my emails, rather than calling me while I was at work, was a big part of my decision to choose them.
